FrameWipe is a desktop app that processes your photos and videos on your computer (Mac or Windows).

  • Your files stay on your computer.

    Images and videos you open in FrameWipe are processed locally. They are not uploaded, and we never receive a copy.

  • We don't collect your content.

    FrameWipe does not collect, store or analyse the photos and videos you work on.

  • Your originals are not changed.

    Results are saved as new files; the files you open are never overwritten.

  • Network use.

    FrameWipe connects to the internet only when you choose to download an optional component: the Quality model for photo cleanup (about 200 MB, from Hugging Face) or the object tracking component on Mac. The app does not check for updates automatically.

  • Crash reports and analytics.

    FrameWipe does not include crash reporting or usage analytics.

  • Patreon.

    Getting FrameWipe through Patreon is covered by Patreon's own privacy policy.
