macOS (Apple Silicon)

  1. Open the FrameWipe post on Patreon.
  2. Buy it once for US$39.99 (no membership needed).
  3. Download the .dmg installer from the post.

First launch

  1. Open the .dmg and drag FrameWipe into Applications.
  2. Open FrameWipe from Applications.
  3. The Mac build is signed with Apple Developer ID and notarized. macOS may still ask you to confirm on first open—this is normal for apps outside the App Store.

Windows 10/11 (x64)

  1. Open the FrameWipe post on Patreon.
  2. Buy it once for US$39.99 (no membership needed).
  3. Download the .exe installer from the same post.

First launch

  1. Run the installer and follow the prompts.
  2. Open FrameWipe from the Start menu or desktop shortcut.
  3. The Windows build is not code-signed. SmartScreen may warn on first run—click "More info", then "Run anyway".

Optional downloads inside the app

  • Quality model for photo cleanup (LaMa, about 200 MB, from Hugging Face). Download it from within the app when you want it.
  • Tracking component for object tracking on Mac only (about 390 MB zip), installed from Settings. Not available on Windows.

System requirements

  • Mac: Apple Silicon, macOS 13 or later
  • Windows: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit (x64)
